We were instrumental in the planning, management, monitoring and coordination of this extensive project which spanned two and a half years. Our dedicated team lived on site for four months during the pandemic to ensure the project was completed on time and to the highest standard.

The goal was to split the existing large warehouse space into four smaller units which could be rented out as separate commercial spaces. The project included the installation of a £1m roof complete with new guttering, relaying three acres of tarmac for a brand new car park, installing ten roller shutter doors and 46 fire doors, and repainting the steelwork for a seamless and modern look.

As principal contractor, we also supervised the rewiring of the entire industrial unit, the upgrade of a new hengati system and the installation of a new fire alarm and security system.

The final result boasts an impressive steel unit which includes a modern reception area, high-spec offices, stylish kitchen facilities, extensive warehouse and manufacturing spaces as well as a modern gym and fitness studio.
