K M Electrical Services Ltd were having major problems with water ingress on their existing roof. The client had just recently refurbished the interior of the building which was constantly being damaged when it rained.
We visited the site and found that the roof was no longer fit for purpose and that it had been tried to fix many times prior.
We over-clad the existing roof and provided the client with new plastisol trim line gutters and downpipes. To make the job look right we also provided new flashing’s throughout.
