We assist many of our clients with the submission of planning applications, supplying structural and elevation drawings, design and access statements, as well as flood risk assessments. We have cooperated with a number of local authorities throughout the UK to ensure that the planning applications for our clients are successful.
We want to make the process of constructing a steel frame building as seamless and hassle free as possible for every client. If Building Control Regulations apply in your area, we will liaise with the local council/private building inspectors to ensure that all site inspections are carried out at an appropriate time and that the building is signed off prior to occupancy and handover, preventing any potential delays to the project.
We offer a full turnkey solution. From the initial site survey and planning applications to arranging the groundwork, creating drainage designs and installing brickwork and blockwork, our project manager will oversee the project in its entirety and ensure that you are kept informed at every stage. We can also offer support and guidance during the internal fit-out of the steel frame building and we are on hand with any questions you may have post-installation.
