We were asked by our client to demolish an old building which was on site.
On further inspection, we found that the brick building used to be an old heating/oil store with an underground tank. The building was demolished and the tank was drained and infilled as per current regulations. We then provided a new 200mm reinforced apron with a brushed finish.
