We were approached by Firgrove Press to carry out a full turnkey project for them in Southampton as part of their new housing/commercial initiative.
As part of the housing development scheme they wanted to also build a commercial unit that was to be leased by a local charity.
We supplied a fully L2 compliant building as per the current building regulations. The building was designed in cold rolled steel with two industrial roller shutter doors, PA doors and Fire exit doors.
The building was installed onto a 150mm reinforced concrete floor slab.
