Our team recently completed the design and installation of a bespoke reinforced concrete silo plinth to support four new industrial silos. This project demanded both precision and expertise, with a critical surface tolerance of just 3mm across the entire structure, a challenge that we met with exceptional accuracy.
To ensure longterm stability and load bearing performance, we undertook carefully staged excavation. This approach allowed us to consolidate the ground at different levels, tailored specifically to the site’s conditions and the weight distribution of the silos. Every aspect of the groundworks was planned and executed to meet strict engineering specifications, ensuring a solid, level base for the final silo installation.
