The groundwork design on this project was complex due to the existing buildings foundations running into the footprint of the new building. Our engineers designed a structural ring beam to incorporate this.
Once the design was approved and the site survey had been conducted by us, our team arrived to carry out the specialist groundwork.
There was no margin for error on this development and the design of the extension needed to be precise as a new machine was being housed within the footprint. We were also connecting to the existing building, so a bespoke weather seal had to be designed and installed.
The hot-rolled steel building was quickly and efficiently erected by our experienced installation team.
