A full design and build for a new maintenance building
Stanley Travel Ltd are a long established company based in Stanley County Durham and recently acquired a new site to give them more space.
We were asked by the customer to provide a full design and build project for their proposed new maintenance building. This package included the design and installation of column base support pads and a 150mm reinforced concrete floor slab along with a new 18m x 9m x 6m cold rolled insulated steel building with a large industrial roller shutter door in the front gable to allow access for the coaches. Supplied in KS1000rw 40mm Goosewing grey composite cladding and contrasting Merlin grey flashings and gutters the finish on the building stands out and looks fantastic.
