We were asked by our client to create a firewall inbetween his two existing units due to current building regulations.
It was soon discovered following a survey that the existing block work wall was not fit for purpose and had to be stabilised using the existing columns. We designed a full structural solution to adhere to all regulations and provided a hot rolled steel system to stabilise the existing wall and fitted euro bond 150mm composite panels inside a custom made channel.
