When choosing a contractor for your project, it is important to ensure they are prioritising health and safety compliance, are ethical and are committed to the highest quality.
We are proud to have recently been SafeContractor approved, giving clients peace of mind that we embody these values as a business.
What does it mean to be SafeContractor approved?
Over 50,000 global organisations are recognised to be SafeContractor approved, showcasing that they put health and safety first within their operations. It is a market-leading, globally recognised and respected accreditation. The accreditation provides reassurance to customers that a business is safe, responsible, and compliant.
In order to qualify, a detailed assessment of health and safety documentation, processes and procedures was completed. We were also required to provide evidence of effective risk assessments, training records and incident reporting.
Why should you use a SafeContractor approved company?
Being SafeContractor approved helps improve internal efficiencies and safely manage risks within our operations. The regular auditing carried out by Alcumus’ team of experts means risks can be identified and mitigated quickly, causing fewer disruptions for our clients and their projects. Furthermore, the accreditation means we can easily keep up-to-date with changes to health and safety standards and legislation, so that all of our steel building projects adhere to the latest regulations.
Being a SafeContractor accredited company removes the requirement for pre-assessments, saving time and funds for both our business and our valued clients.
