THIRTEEN GROUP

Piling system & retaining wall

THIRTEEN GROUP

The foundations of our most recent project for the Thirteen Group are now complete and ready for the bricklayers to arrive and begin further works.

Thirteen Group 2

Our client had requested a piling system and a retaining wall to be installed within a residential garden in Hartlepool.

This project was complicated for our team, as work completed by the previous contractor left the site unsafe. The first step for our team was a complete excavation of the site to ensure the full safety of both ourselves and our client.

The next step was to provide a temporary works solution to allow our team to operate in line with health and safety procedures.

For the foundation works, our team used a prop and needle sheet system that was anchored from screw piles.

This project was challenging as we were working in a residential garden with limited space available.

Despite the challenges, our team (Rob, Nigel, Shaun and Billy) excelled and completed the work a week ahead of schedule.

Every stage of our project with HamiltonSteel BuildingsLtd was conducted in a professional manner.

Planning, design, communication, and construction could not have been better. I am more than happy to recommend Chris and his company.
