JOHN CLARK VALVES
Extension fitted to an existing unit in Stockton
Our client, John Clark Valves (JCV), based in the heart of Stockton, was looking to extend their premises after outgrowing the current unit space.

JCV reached out to us to design and install a bespoke steel building adjacent to their existing unit.
During our initial site survey, we determined that due to the existing ground conditions, a ring beam and raft foundation needed to be installed onto the property instead of the standard column case support pads and 150mm reinforced slab.
The new design allows the building and foundations to settle as one, minimising any risks and making the groundwork fit for purpose.
Our team maximised the space available and supplied a cold rolled steel building with a large industrial roller shutter door in the front gable.
