Two Cold Rolled Commercial Units
We were asked to provide a full turnkey service to design, supply and install two commercial cold rolled building’s with fire boundary condition’s after our client lost faith with another company at the design stage.
We visited site on a number of occasions to make sure that the client was happy with the turnkey package which now included a sewage treatment plant and all major services to be installed.
One building will be leased by a local charity and used as a retail outlet whilst the other building will be used by the client for his leather manufacturing business.
