One of our existing clients in Nottingham have a building which they currently let and following an inspection from Building Control it was deemed necessary to carry out some extensive internal works to adhere to Fire Regulations.
We were tasked with the installation of new 60-minute rated fire doors throughout the unit with new intumescent strips along with fire proofing the underside of the existing mezzanine floor.
Part of the project was also to create two new fire break walls in the offices and provide a bespoke fire escape which we designed around the current workspace.
