Our client had recently purchased a new property that had land attached which was being used as a tennis court. We were asked to provide our client with a secure storage building to be installed on the tennis court footprint.
When the first building we supplied for the client proved to be such a hit with them they ordered a second building to sit next to the first.
We designed the building in cold rolled steel with 40mm composite cladding to give the client some insulation in the unit. The groundwork’s consisted of column base support pads and a 150mm reinforced concrete floor slab. The building was also supplied with an industrial 4m x 5m electric galvinised roller shutter door.
