We were asked to provide a full turnkey service to design, supply and install a storage facility for a number of commercial skips as part of Biffa Polymers multi-million-pound development in Seaham.
Due to the height requirements, the building was designed using hot rolled steel in a mono pitch structure.
Our Engineer designed the groundwork foundations based on the steel structural calculations. As a result the column base support pads varied in size from the smallest being 1500mm x 1500mm x 650mm to the largest which was 2200mm x 2200mm x 1200mm. New Bottling Plant Creates New Jobs
