Chris Hamilton – Founder & Managing Director

Chris founded Hamilton Steel Buildings Ltd in 2017 with a vision and commitment to offer his clients more than just a steel building.

Chris is a very determined person who has been in the industry for many years gaining valuable knowledge and reputation which is second to none. His aim when building the company was to surround himself with like-minded individuals whose core values are developing long lasting and close relationships with their clients.

Chris has been integral in securing a number of high-profile projects which include being awarded the contract to supply Biffa Polymers with their storage building as part of a multi-million-pound development right here in the heart of Seaham and providing buildings for the state-of-the-art new training ground for the Welsh National Football Team.

SMSTS qualified Chris takes great pride in promoting Health & Safety throughout the company.

Wendy Hamilton – Accounts Manager

Wendy heads up our accounts department here at Hamilton Steel Buildings Ltd.

Wendy is the better half to our Director Chris Hamilton with over 15 year’s experience in the finance industry working for some high profile clients including Barclays Bank Plc.

Wendy brings with her a wealth of knowledge and her role within the team is to make sure that all of our clients and suppliers are kept up to date and happy.

She also makes sure that all of our bono-fide subcontractors are kept up to date with their CIS deductions via the construction Industry Scheme providing monthly statements.

Christopher Davis – Estimating Surveyor

Christopher has been part of team Hamilton from day one and bought into the vision and commitment of the company.

Multi skilled and educated to BSc in computer network technology. Christopher is responsible for meeting with clients on site and turning their vision into a reality by providing 3D drawings, Calculations and overall project design.
